Studio Policies

NO SHOW/LATE CANCELATION POLICY
Failure to show or late cancellation will result in that visit being forfeited. Students have 2 hours from the time of the class to cancel without incurring any charge. Students may cancel their reservation online using our online scheduler or by calling to our studio at 202-5888282 two hours before the event. or via email at info@btidance.org (For email cancelations you must allow 24 hours before the event)
STUDIO POLICIES
All students must sign in before entering class.
Students arriving more than 15 minutes after class has started will not be admitted in the class.
No street shoes are allowed in Dance Studio.
BTI Dance Institute is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
BTI Dance Institute's classes are subject to cancellation or change of time, teacher or substitution based on management discretion.
Food and/or gum are not permitted in the studios. Bottled water is acceptable.
Adult dance classes and programs are either offered for individual ages 18 and obove on a drop-in basis, series or workshops.
BTI's management reserves the right to remove or bar any student from class due to disorderly conduct or disruptive behavior.
Please notify instructors if you have any concerns about health related problems or injuries.
All classes may be observed outside of the studio only.

TUITION AND PAYMENT POLICIES
Payment can be made in cash, personal check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American
Express).
Payment for classes must be made prior to entering the studio.
Class purchases are valid through the expiration date.
All sales are final and are not refundable or transferable.
There is a $35.00 fee for returned checks.
Enrollment classes missed must be made up within the same session as purchased.
